Best of all, they're easy to make and won't ruin your macros. Let's dive into this guilt-free dessert recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (about 60g)

  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

  • A pinch of salt

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Dark chocolate chips (for topping, optional)

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Banana Mixture

  1. Start by mashing the ripe banana in a mixing bowl until smooth.

  2. Add in the natural peanut butter, vanilla protein powder, honey (if desired), a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract.

  3. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until you have a uniform, dough-like consistency.

Step 2: Shape the Protein Cups

  1. Line a mini-muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it with a small amount of coconut oil.

  2. Using a spoon, scoop out small portions of the banana mixture and press them into the muffin tin cavities. Flatten the mixture to create a cup shape in each cavity.

Step 3: Add Toppings

  1. If desired, sprinkle a few dark chocolate chips on top of each protein cup for added sweetness.

  2. You can also get creative with toppings by adding crushed nuts, shredded coconut, or a drizzle of honey.

Step 4: Freeze and Enjoy

  1. Place the muffin tin in the freezer and let the protein cups set for at least 30 minutes to one hour.

  2. Once they're firm, remove the protein cups from the muffin tin and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.

  3. Enjoy these frozen treats whenever your sweet tooth strikes!
