TRIM Boot Camp essentials for at home workouts

TRIM workouts are designed to be done in a gym or in the convince of your own home.  If you choose to do the workouts at home, we recommend the below to start with.

A light, medium, and heavy set.  The weight amounts will be different for each person.  Reach out to your TRIM trainer for guidance if you need help.
