What is TRIM Boot Camp?A 7-week online coaching program that uses carb cycling, intermittent fasting, deep core work, and strength training to help you lose fat, build lean muscle, and feel your strongest. It’s designed for busy women who want structure, results, and flexibility.

What does the accountability look like?You’re paired with a certified TRIM trainer who checks in on you daily through the app. You’ll post your meals, your progress, and your questions—and your trainer will respond with guidance, encouragement, and feedback every single day. How long does it take to see results?Most clients notice a difference in how they feel within 2–3 weeks. By week 6–7, they’re seeing visible fat loss, muscle definition, and stronger core engagement.

Do I have to do the workouts to get results?No—but you’ll get even better results when you combine the workouts with the nutrition. If you’re brand new or just focusing on food, that’s fine too! Remember: most workouts are only around 30 minutes, and just doing 3 a week is enough to see progress. You’ll have access to standard, beginner, and postpartum options to match your fitness level.

What are the meal plans like? Are they hard to follow?The TRIM meal plans are simple, fast, and built for real life. During the day, almost every meal and snack requires zero cooking or is made from leftovers. Dinners are easy, macro-balanced recipes that take the stress out of “what’s for dinner.” Every recipe is written for one serving, so it’s super easy to multiply for your family or prep in bulk. You’ll get a grocery list, macro breakdowns, and simple instructions every week.

Do I have to follow the meal plan?No—you don’t have to follow it exactly. Many clients use it as a guide to get ideas and learn how to hit their macros. Others follow it closely for structure and simplicity. Either way, your trainer will give you custom macro goals and teach you how to build meals that work for your lifestyle and preferences.

What are the workouts like?The workouts are short, effective, and strength-based—most are just 20 to 30 minutes and designed to help you build lean muscle, burn fat, and strengthen your deep core. You’ll get both a PDF workout guide and follow-along video options, so you can choose what works best for your schedule and style. There are three full 7-week workout tracks included: A Standard 7-Week Progression Plan that gets more challenging each week A 7-Week Beginner Plan for those who haven’t worked out in a while (or ever) A 7-Week Postpartum Plan with modified moves and deep core focus for safe recovery Every plan was written by the creator of TRIM and 12-year ACSM certified trainer, Valerie Smorol, and is designed for home or gym use with minimal equipment. You’ll follow your chosen plan week-by-week—no guesswork.

How strict is the program?It’s flexible, not rigid. TRIM teaches you how to eat real food, enjoy treats, and move consistently. You’re never punished for missing a day—we just help you get back on track. And if you get stuck or need help, that’s why we have real trainers checking in on you daily to help you adjust and keep moving forward.

Can I do TRIM if I’m postpartum?Absolutely. You’ll get a full 7-week postpartum plan with modified workouts and deep core guidance to safely rebuild strength after baby. We also teach you how to ease back into movement and avoid exercises that can worsen ab separation or pelvic floor issues.

Can I do TRIM if I’m in perimenopause or menopause?Yes—and many do! Our workouts and meal plans are designed to support hormonal shifts and help you build muscle, manage cravings, and improve energy. We also offer additional macro settings and workout options to help you get results even when your body feels unpredictable.

Can I do TRIM if I’m vegetarian?Absolutely. TRIM includes vegetarian-friendly options in every meal plan. We’ve added full vegetarian recipes and grab-and-go snack lists labeled for high- and low-carb days — with macros included so you can easily swap items and stay on track. TRIM gives you structure and flexibility, so you can fuel your body in a way that fits your lifestyle — without feeling restricted.

How will I know what to do each day?TRIM lays it all out for you. Each day, you’ll open your app and see a post explaining exactly what to do—what to eat, what workout to complete (if any), and what your trainer wants you to focus on. You’ll check in daily to stay consistent and never feel lost. We’ve built it step-by-step so you always know what’s next.
