Start Your Day with a Daily Post
Check your daily post in the app first thing in the morning.
Set your day off right by finding your focus for the day, getting your workout plan, and checking the meal plan or getting recipe inspirations.

Complete Your
Workout
The PDF guides are available to make these workouts easy and structured for you. Or you may select an on-demand workout if you need more flexibility!
We will focus on HIIT at the beginning of the week and strength training the rest of the week to help you achieve that toned look!

Focus on Your Custom Macros
Stay mindful of your nutrition and track throughout the day! By having a plan for the day, this allows you to still enjoy the foods you love while also reaching your goals.

Check in with your
trainer
At the end of the day, submit your daily intake and activity through the app. The next morning, your trainer will review your progress and provide personalized feedback. This will help keep you accountable and motivated!

Your trainer, Brooke Shupe, is an expert in plant-based nutrition and weight loss.
Brooke is a certified TRIM Trainer as well as a ISSA Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
She will provide daily check-ins, personalized feedback and tips to help you make small adjustments each day, and be your cheerleader!
